Paul leads one of Victoria’s pre‐eminent wealth management teams. With over 20 years investment experience, his team is dedicated to the needs of his clients by providing customized financial solutions together with the highest level of personalized client service. Paul lives in Oak Bay with his wife and two children. He is an avid squash player and enjoys fishing up island on an annual basis.
Janice has been active in financial services for over 15 years, and became a licensed representative in 1986. Working closely with Paul, Janice handles clients’ inquiries, maintains and updates administrative reports, and arranges for client meetings and consultations. While she enjoys her role as an Associate, helping clients is her favorite component. As the initial point of contact on the team, Janice’s has expert insight on providing thoughtful solutions to complex issues as they arise.
Dakota is a co-op student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business. A recent addition to our team, Dakota provides support to Paul through assisting with administrative tasks, overseeing digital marketing, and generating growth for Holmes Portfolio Management. In addition to this, Dakota will be organizing multiple client events this summer and looks forward to being a representative of Paul’s team.
Patrick is responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients for will and estate planning strategies, ensuring that personal, philanthropic, financial and estate objectives are met.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from Simon Fraser University, and subsequently completed his articles in Vancouver, BC to become a Chartered Professional Accountant. Patrick has also completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Income Tax Course, and obtained the Trust and Estate Practitioner designation in 2015.
In addition to being a member of CPA Canada, Patrick is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Victoria Estate Planning Council.

Dee is a Certified Financial Planner and has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter. The CLU is Canada’s premier wealth transfer and estate planning designation. Throughout her career, she has managed a large team of financial planners and has been a guest speaker on the topics of philanthropy, estate, and financial planning. Dee has served on the boards of
the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce and the local chapter of CAFÉ, the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise.
